This slow cooker Keto Crack Chicken recipe is creamy, cheese, full of bacon, chicken, and ranch that the whole family is going to love it!

Keto Crack Chicken was actually one of the very first recipes we made in the Ninja Foodi.

Since it was so good and everyone loved it, it has become a staple dish in my house.

And the best part of Keto Crack Chicken is that it is easy to make and even easier to clean up!

Since making this recipe as a meal, we’ve also made it as a dip, which has been equally as popular as the Keto Crack Chicken meal.

WHAT IS THE NINJA FOODI

If you’re not sure what the Ninja Foodi is, then you are missing out on one of the best Kitchen Gadgets.

It can pressure cook, broil, air crisp, bake, steam, slow cook, dehydrates and saute.

What Is Crack Chicken

When I first heard of this recipe, I didn’t know why it was called Crack Chicken.

After trying the dish for the first time, I completely understood why it was called Crack Chicken.

Crack Chicken is so tasty and addicting; creamy, cheesy, ranch, bacon, and chicken all in one dish.

HOW TO MAKE NINJA FOODI CRACK CHICKEN

If you are on the Keto diet, then you’ll want to follow the recipe as described below. If you are not on the keto diet, you can serve it over pasta.

  1. Turn on the Ninja Foodi and press the Saute Button on high.

2. While the pot heats up, slice the bacon into 1/2-inch pieces. Add the bacon to the Ninja Foodi pot. Stir often until the bacon is crispy. When the bacon is ready, remove from the pan and set on a paper towel. Drain out the grease from the Ninja Foodi pan.

3. Rub Ranch Seasoning on the Chicken Thighs.

4. Next, place the chicken in the Ninja to sear the Chicken until it’s golden brown.

5. Flip the chicken over and add the bacon and the rest of the ranch spice. Then add the chicken broth. Pressure cook for 20 minutes.

6. Once the timer goes off, release the pressure with a slow release. Once the pin drops down, you can open the lid.

7. Remove the chicken to shred. Instead of using two forks to shred the chicken, you can easily shred chicken in a Kitchenaid Stand Mixer.

As you can see in the picture below, it shreds the chicken perfectly!

8. Set the Ninja Foodi to Saute. Once the broth starts to boil, mix in cream cheese and shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Then mix in the broccoli and shredded chicken. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.

Now it’s time to eat the Keto Crack Chicken

Serve in a bowl but for those of you not on the Keto diet, you can serve it over pasta or rice.

What attachment for your kitchen aid did you use to shred the chicken?

Can you use frozen chicken breast? Should the meat be defrosted first? I love crack chicken but have never made in the food I. Excited to try!

What brand of ranch seasoning do you use? I used a salad dressing seasoning packet and it turned out extremely salty. Perhaps the seasoning packet, the bacon and salted chicken broth was just too much. Although I always use organic chicken stock which is much lower in sodium than broth. Still, I may try it again with unsalted chicken stock.

      Hi Jamie,

I used the Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix. Ours didn’t seem salty. I suggest cutting back on the ranch seasoning. Also, what type of bacon did you use? Sometimes bacon can be very salty.
