Lobster, cracked and cleaned

Celery, minced
1/2
tbsp
sweet onion, minced

lemon

mayo
salt & pepper
1/2
tbsp
butter

Brioche Hotdog Buns
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, gently mix lobster, celery, onion, and mayonnaise together.
Chill for 1 hour.
Toast a brioche hotdog style bun with butter. Once toasted, add chilled lobster saland and serve.
