NEW ENGLAND STYLE LOBSTER ROLL

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1.25 LBS Lobster, cracked and cleaned
  • 1/2 tbsp Celery, minced
  • 1/2 tbsp sweet onion, minced
  • 1/2 large lemon
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 2 Brioche Hotdog Buns

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, gently mix lobster, celery, onion, and mayonnaise together.
  • Chill for 1 hour.
  • Toast a brioche hotdog style bun with butter. Once toasted, add chilled lobster saland and serve.
