AIR FRYER FRIED CHICKEN

Air Fryer Fried Chicken is full of flavor that is perfectly seasoned and incredibly juicy and tender on the inside.

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 lbs Chicken pieces of your choice
  • 2.5 cups Plain Planko
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1.5 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cayenne Red Pepper
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Buttermilk
  • 15 twists Pepper Grinder
  • 2 cups Flour
  • Salt and Mixture

Instructions
 

  • Season Chicken with Salt and Pepper Mixture.
  • Add Flour to a large Mixing bowl.
  • In another mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and buttermilk.
  • In another mixing bowl, mix together panko, onion powder, garlic powder, ground pepper, parmesan Chees, baking powder, and baking soda.
  • Dredge Chicken in Flour, then egg mixture, then panko mix. Set aside. Repeat until all Chicken are breaded.
  • Spray Air Fryer Basket with Pan Spray and turn to 390°F
  • Lightly coat each chicken piece with Pan Spray. Cook chicken for approx. 10 mins. Flip over and cook other side of chicken for approx. 10 minutes. Internal fried chicken temperature should be 165°F
