Mix together the peanut butter and Swerve in a small bowl. Then shape the dough into balls and place on a wax lined baking sheet. Place in the refrigerator until cold.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or in a double boiler.
Remove the peanut butter dough balls from the refrigerator and dip in the melted chocolate. Once completely covered in chocolate, place on the same wax lined baking sheet. Freeze until set.
