If you are looking for an easy, no bake chocolate peanut butter balls recipe, then look no further! This is the easiest chocolate peanut butter balls recipe that takes no time to make.
There is no baking required and it only requires 3 ingredients. They are very similar to KETO PEANUT BUTTER BALLS FAT BOMBS but they require less ingredients and even easier to make.
If you are on the Keto diet you can use Chocolate Chips by Lily’s, which is keto friendly chocolate chips.
If you like sweet and salty treats, I suggest using a 4th ingredient (sea salt) which is completely optional. Sweet and salt go hand and hand but the salt is completely optional and a personal preference.
CHOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup Swerve
- 8 oz Chocolate Chips by Lily's
- Sea Salt (optional)
Instructions
- Mix together the peanut butter and Swerve in a small bowl. Then shape the dough into balls and place on a wax lined baking sheet. Place in the refrigerator until cold.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or in a double boiler.
- Remove the peanut butter dough balls from the refrigerator and dip in the melted chocolate. Once completely covered in chocolate, place on the same wax lined baking sheet. Freeze until set.
