SWEET CORN ON THE COB
Sweet corn on the cob is the perfect summer side dish. It is so simple to make and comes out tasting full of sweet corn flavor.
- 1.5 gallon Water
- 1/2 cup Kosher Salt
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 6 ears Shucked Corn Ears
Fill a large pot with water, kosher salt, and sugar and bring to a boil.
Add the Corn Ears to the boiling water for approx. 10 minutes.
Remove Corn Ears from large pot and serve with butter salt, and pepper.
