Taco Mac and Cheese

Cheesy Mac and Cheese mixed with Taco meat to give you the ultimate comfort food.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounce Box Macaroni and Cheese
  • 1 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/3 cup Taco Seasoning

Optional: Top it with your favorite taco toppings.

  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Sour Cream
  • Diced Tomatoes
  • Salsa
  • Onions

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, boil water and prepare 12 ounce macaroni and cheese according to the package directions.
  • In a 12 inch skillet, brown hamburger on high heat. Once fully cooked, drain out excess liquid in a strainer.
  • Put the beef back in the skillet and add in the taco seasoning with one cup of water. Mix thoroughly on low/simmer heat until water is reduced.
  • Mix the taco meat into the finished mac and cheese.
  • Serve as is or add in your favorite taco toppings
