Taco Mac and Cheese
Cheesy Mac and Cheese mixed with Taco meat to give you the ultimate comfort food.
- 12 ounce Box Macaroni and Cheese
- 1 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 cup Water
- 1/3 cup Taco Seasoning
Optional: Top it with your favorite taco toppings.
- Shredded Lettuce
- Sour Cream
- Diced Tomatoes
- Salsa
- Onions
In a large pot, boil water and prepare 12 ounce macaroni and cheese according to the package directions.
In a 12 inch skillet, brown hamburger on high heat. Once fully cooked, drain out excess liquid in a strainer.
Put the beef back in the skillet and add in the taco seasoning with one cup of water. Mix thoroughly on low/simmer heat until water is reduced.
Mix the taco meat into the finished mac and cheese.
Serve as is or add in your favorite taco toppings
