You can eat Air Fryer tater tots as is or add your favorite seasoning to boost the flavor.

WHAT ARE TATER TOTS?

Tater tots are grated potatoes that are formed into small cylinders that are deep fried. They are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.

For a healthier and easier way to make tater tots at home, you can cook them in your Air Fryer!

HOW TO MAKE AIR FRYER TATER TOTS

This tater tot air fryer recipe is the easiest way to get the crispiest tater tots at home.

  1. Start with frozen tater tots, whether they are store-bought tater tots or homemade tater tots.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F
  3. Place the frozen tater tots on your air fryer tray or basket (depending on what type of air fryer you have).
  4. Spray them lightly with cooking spray and then sprinkle with a salt and pepper mixture. If you want more flavor, you can also sprinkle with your favorite seasonings.
  5. Put the tater tots in your air fryer for 6 minutes. Then mix them or flip them over and cook them for another 6 minutes.
  6. Check the tater tots and if they are not crispy enough, flip them again and cook for a few more minutes until they have the perfect crisp.
  7. Serve the air fryer tater tots with your favorite dipping sauce.

  • 1 lbs Frozen Tater Tots
  • Cooking Spray
  • Salt and Pepper mixture

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • Place the frozen tater tots on your Air Fryer tray or basket (depending on what type of air fryer you have).Spray them lightly with cooking spray and then sprinkle with a salt and pepper mixture.
    If you want more flavor, you can also sprinkle with your favorite seasonings.
  • Put the tater tots in your air fryer for 6 minutes. Then shake or flip them over and cook them for another 6 minutes.
  • Check the tater tots and see if they are crispy enough. If they are not flip them again and cook for a few more minutes until they have the perfect crisp.
  • Serve the air fryer tater tots with your favorite dipping sauce.
